Every Trinity Guard® account runs in one of three data regions. Two are AWS regions — US East (Virginia) and South America (São Paulo) — and the third is a dedicated European server located in Budapest. The São Paulo region is a deliberate investment: South American operations shouldn't have to route patrol data across continents and pay the latency price for it.
No country is hard-wired to a region. Region selection happens once, during signup: the signup screen asks where you will use the app, and choosing the nearest region is what keeps checkpoint scans, incident reports, and dashboard updates fast. The signup flow includes region options beyond them — including Africa — and any security team, anywhere, can create an account through the same self-service process. The Trinity Guard® interface defaults to English and can be switched to any of the eight supported languages.
